How to enter an advertisement for my property on the HomeFreeTrade site ?
You simply click on the "enter button" to the right of "Looking to sell or rent out".
Then you enter the information concerning your property and you can upload pictures.
After the data entry, including a password which you selected, you will receive a confirmation email which will allow you to change the offer at any time.
What should I do to include a 3D virtual visit of my property ?
If you upload pictures taken sequentially in 360o from one position, then we will also generate a 3D virtual visit for you.
When my property is sold how do I remove this advertisement ?
You enter through "Login" and you will find an option to "Close account".
If I forget to close my account, will the advertisement remain ?
It will remain but only for the duration which you have selected during data entry. Options are : 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or "until account is closed by client".
However, two weeks before expiry of your account you will receive an automatic email alerting you that the account will close unless you change the duration in your profile.
How much does it cost me to advertise on your site ?
At present our services are 100% free. You will not be requested for any credit card information.
Do I need to fill all information fields when entering data of my property for an advertisements ?
No, only the following fields are mandatory: email, address, contact data, description of property.
